Real men wear kilts

So Stud borrowed a friends kilt the other night when they went to a party.

Is it just me, or is this AWESOME!?!?!? This one is too short since the person who owns it is about six inches shorter than Stud. You get the idea, though.

He is looking into getting a few of his own. LOVE IT!

That is all.

Nels has a utilikilt too. We're working on getting him a real Armstrong clan kilt, although I'm like ALL Scottish and he's NONE Scottish. Kilts are so hot! They make me swoon. Especially with all the related accessories.

I love kilts on men! Makes 'em look rugged don't you think? LOL

Please tell me he doesn't play the bagpipes, does he?

Sillygirl- I know it! I want to get him one of my maiden name tartan, but they are SO EXPENSIVE! Cryptic wants to move to Ireland and is interested in wearing a kilt. Jock thinks it is silly and was mortified to be seen with his Dad:) LOL

Jude- TOTALLY! LOVE THEM! I babysit a wee lad once a week. He just turned one in April. HE has a wee kilt! HOW CUTE IS THAT!??! In his maternal grandmother's maiden name tartan. ADORABLE!

Vince- I WISH! I think Jock got more of Stud's French/English in him than my Scottish/Irish. Jock HATES all the celtic music the other three kids and I love, bagpipes sound like fingernails on a chalkboard to him and he can't stand kilts or anything celtic. The other three and I LOVE bagpipes and anything else to do with Celtic things.

I honestly think bagpipes are something that is born in people to love. A love/hate thing. My Dad and one brother say the same as me. When we hear bagpipes, we get a very calm peaceful feeling like none other. I think it has to do with generations ago, our ancestors being there and playing them:) Who knows, I don't get it. I just know I could listen to them for hours!

I take it YOU don't like bagpipes?? :)

I'm neutral on bagpipes, but I don't think I could take someone in the house playing them all the time.

Claire- I agree with both your comments:)

Vince- Wow, I never even thought about that. Much as I love them, yes I am sure I couldn't handle them being played in the house!
