This is a few days after the fact. Doesn't look fun, does it?? He took a puck to the calf. Forgot (or maybe there was no time??) to turn away when a team-mate made a slap shot.
Please ignore the filthy kitchen floor:)

Oh the floor, THE FLOOR. How can anyone have such a filthy floor. Must be a Canadian thing. If your son has an injury like that from youth hockey just think of how those professionals must look after a game. No wonder they are missing so many teeth. Oh that floor. I just can't get it out of my mind.:)
Looks like a good bruise to brag about. Cause guys like to do that.

Tim - I know what you mean about missing teeth, etc. It is hilarious to watch hockey on TV and see so many toothless grins! You are hilarious about the floor!
C- I know, his legs DO look gimped, eh?? He was going for PT for a while about one hip...hmmmm...it is just the angle, but man that looks bad, eh?? He was leaning over to the side...but still!
Happy - Tell me about it! VERY distracting!
Vince - Do they ever! Amazingly, this one has not seemed to impress him very much. He gets injured so much (even before he played hockey. The kid seriously can't go half an hour without SOMETHING happening to him, even just walking through the house) and I guess he is not too wowed by this one. I thought it looked pretty bad, though!
LOL You guys and the floor. I should have known better, walked right into that one, eh?? YOu all remind me of my brothers, that is exactly something they would do. Although...they would do it until I started crying or ran to hide in the barn to get away from them.
